Regards breaking the Laws of man in this world, "a person is innocent until proven guilty"

And people think this is fair. 

But regards breaking God’s Law in His Word, we are all guilty until proven innocent. God is truly fair whether we think so or not. 

(Isaiah 55:8)

We humans are all born inherently sinful beings as Adam’s descendants. So we are born into this world guilty and deserving of hell according to God’s just Law that says, "the wages of sin is death". (Mark 7:20-23, Romans 3:19, 6:23)

19 "Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God."

But, God had a perfect plan in place before we were even created, to save us by blotting out all our sins once and for all! However, and quite rightly so, we cannot simply claim this salvation for ourselves without following God’s strict instructions on precisely, how to attain it. (Proverbs 28:13, John 3:5)

You see, God’s intricate plan of salvation is not some common thing that any Tom, Dick and Harry can just pick up for themselves willy nilly. No. It is, rather, the most precious gift that is not of this world but of Heaven, of God Almighty Himself! (Matthew 16:17)

But many, many people think they can just claim God’s perfect salvation for themselves easily, as though it were like the wild blackberries that grow to hand, everywhere and can be picked and eaten with no effort or restrictions. Like this, people cherry pick Scriptures, quoting them and thinking that this makes them entitled to their salvation and they need nothing else! (John 3:16, Romans 10:13)

"Whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life",

“whoever calls on the name of 

the Lord shall be saved.” 

and just the end part of Romans 6:23, " ... the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord"

They don't think they need to understand God's plan of salvation, His promises or fulfilment of them! (Genesis 2:1-3, Leviticus 16:21, 34, Matthew 1:21, 3:13-17, John 1:29, 19:30, 1Peter 3:21, 1John 5:6-8)

They treat it as a common thing for the simple reason, they do not know themselves! And in turn, they do not believe they are heading to hell and so do not recognise their absolute need to be saved from their sins and hell! 

But in His wisdom, to those who do admit that they are a mass of sin heading to hell, 

God reveals His unconditional love for them; the secret gospel of the water and the Spirit of John 3:5. To such people who are honest before Him, who fear Him and believe in all His Word, He reveals the mystery; that He has already solved the problem of our sins which made us guilty before His Law, over 2,000 years ago! God opens our minds to understand how Jesus came to this earth to be baptized by John the Baptist to receive all our sins, was then judged for them to death on the Cross, and resurrected from the dead after three days. God opens our hearts to believe in this His righteousness, and confess it unto salvation with our mouths. (Romans 10:10)
