We live in a world lately, where new terminologies are gushing out everywhere! Some of them seem to have sprouted up overnight! Like; "fake news", "false narrative", "false rhetoric" "virtue signalling", "triggering", "gaslighting", "ghosting" need I go on? But let's call a spade a spade. Fundamentally, they all mean the same thing, "lies"!

(Isaiah 59:4)

No one calls for justice, Nor does any plead for truth. They trust in empty words and speak lies; They conceive evil and bring forth iniquity.

To say we are living in very uncertain times is a huge understatement! People are not only being deceived left, right and center, but they are also doing the same to others. No one can be trusted. Online scams are in abundance, we are told, "especially around this time of year" as though it is part and parcel of the course; to be expected! Professionalism in the workplace has been replaced with "banter", where people think any empty silences must be filled with meaningless conversations and forced "happiness"! 

Yet, at the same time running parallel to all this, is the steep rise in "mental health issues", "suicide rates", "child mutilation surgeries" performed on girls wanting to be boys and visa versa, carried out without the need for parental permission! Plus ... "legalised assisted end of life" for adults AND soon to be, for children too, who can simply choose to not live anymore!! 

All these are to mention but a few of the atrocities happening in this world today.

Truly, the only hope for mankind is in our Creator and His Word. Only God and His Word was, is, and forevermore will be, the ONE AND ONLY UNCHANGING TRUTH! Imagine that!! Just take a minute to ponder on that blessed fact.

For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations.

The world is literally being split into two; the Truth seekers, and the truth haters. Those who know they are lost and need saving, and those who think they have arrived and have actually saved themselves!

The time to make a decision, the time to choose, the time to act, and the time to wake up and humbly seek your Creator and Savior, Jesus Christ, is now, more than ever before!

The Lord looks down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there are any who understand, who seek God.

The longer you delay, the weaker you will become in the strong current of evil sweeping up this world and everyone in it who are not anchored in the one and only Truth; Jesus Christ who came and saved us perfectly once and for all through the gospel of the water and the Spirit, over 2,000 years ago. (Matthew 3:13-17)
