Exactly how then, should you believe in the Lord’s work to reach your salvation? You must first admit that you were inherently born in sin and were destined for hell according to God's Law (Romans 6:23) but instead, God passed all your sins onto Jesus through His baptism from John the Baptist, and by thus bearing your sins, He died
on the Cross in your place, and arose from the dead in three days (1John 5:6-8).
When you realize and believe that all your sins were already passed onto Jesus, all your sins are indeed washed away on account of this faith.
If you really want to receive the remission of sins, then you have no other choice but to believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit (John 3:5).
Then you can finally say with every conviction that you have no sin because,
"The Lord has laid on Him (Jesus) the iniquity of us all" (Isaiah 53:6, Matthew 3:13-17).
All your sins must be passed onto Jesus for you to receive the remission of sins; unless your sins are passed onto the Lord, it’s completely useless to believe in Jesus no matter how strong your faith might be.
