Be careful how you think, for your life is shaped by your thoughts.

Have you ever seen a huge circus elephant with one leg tied to a stake? Even though this rope is but a mere piece of string to such a powerful animal yet it remains chained to it, unable to break free....why do you think this is so?
The answer, from birth its owners tied that leg with that rope to a stake, and it grew up thinking this rope cannot be broken, and decided who it was and what it can do and not do.
In many ways, humans are the same, for they have been chained to something from birth, and have remained trapped thinking this is who they are, what they can do and cannot do, unable to break free.
In this instance, from a spiritual aspect, most people today have been chained from birth to some religion, sect, cult, ideology, teachings of man, leftist liberal, same-sex, ideology, lie, untruth, etc.
This rope was tied to them from birth, and although they have become adults now, they like that elephant, remain shackled to it, thinking, this is who they are and what they can do or cannot do, unable to break free. And so, Satan abuses them just like that huge elephant shackled to that insignificant rope.

The Bible says, “My thoughts,” says the Lord, “are not like your thoughts, and my ways are different from yours" - (Isaiah 55:8).
Its God's deep desire for His people have the mind of Christ.
As the Scripture says, “Who knows the mind of the Lord? Who is able to give him advice?” We, however, have the mind of Christ" - (1 Corinthians 2:16).

What does this all mean?
It means to believe in and to proclaim a message of wisdom to those who are spiritually immature. But it is not the wisdom that belongs to this world nor to the powers that rule this world—powers that are losing its influence.

The wisdom the 'saints proclaim' today is God's secret wisdom, which is hidden from human beings, but which He had already chosen for their glory even before the world was made. None of the rulers of this world knew of this wisdom. If they had known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

So what is this message of wisdom?
It is the perfect gospel heard in heaven that saves us perfectly from sin, called the water and the Spirit - John 3:5, or the righteousness of God.

Therefore, to be shaped by having the mind of Christ is truly the blessed way, the will of God for us humans.

You therefore can remain as you are chained to that which will drag you to hell, like a lead sinker, or change, allowing God to break these things from your life, setting you Free!
John 8:36. "Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed."
