The wisest way of life 

Life is short and meaningless, and therefore we must live this short life wisely. Those who only pursue their desires of the flesh mindlessly are no different from the beasts that perish. For what do you live? What do you think should be the purpose of your life to lead the wisest way of life? Should you live for money? For fame or power? For pleasure? Or should you live to enter the everlasting Kingdom of Heaven rather than for these ephemeral things of the world that will disappear soon? The wisest way of life can be found only if you receive the remission of sins first and obtain everlasting life. One may gain everything under the heavens, but what use is it if he loses his life? If your short life on this earth is lived just for your flesh to enjoy fleeting prosperity, only to be punished forever in hell after death, then you would be leading a fool’s life.
