Sinner can't be the wicked. Because sinner doesn't know the gospel of the water and the Spirit. However, the righteous can be the wicked. Who is the wicked before God? Anyone who don't dedicate oneself to do the work of God are the wicked. Not only sinners, but the wicked can't also enter the Kingdom of God even though they have 100% knowledge of the gospel of the water and the Spirit. Why? Because they don't believe in this precious gospel in their hearts. The knowledge can't let you go to the Kingdom of God. Those who has just knowledge of the gospel do not see their hearts in their daily lives through the law of God. Such people can't thank God for the gospel of the water and the Spirit. Dear my sisters always says, "knowledge is one thing. Faith is an another thing. Difference between the knowledge and faith are very wide and big. Believe in the living God with all your heart, not with your knowledge.
