Everyone was born with sin from the very moment he was born into this world, and therefore all human beings cannot avoid but commit countless transgressions throughout their lives. God therefore wanted us to realize and know our own wickedness, and to grasp the gospel Truth of the water and the Spirit that He has given us.

One can be saved only if his basic nature, which is evil, is exposed. The law has the purpose of exposing the sins in our hearts and leading us to salvation that received by faith in Jesus who came by water, (His baptism from John) blood and the Spirit (Jesus is God) (1John 5:6-8).

God tells us about happiness in Romans 4:7, “Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.” We all sin until the time we die. We continue to sin even after we are aware of His Law. We are so weak. 
But God delivered us with the baptism and the blood of His only begotten Son.
John the Baptist passed all the sins of the world onto Jesus at the Jordan. The next day, he witnessed that Jesus was the Lamb of God who took away all the sins of the world. He took on to His shoulders all the sins of the world and carried them to the cross to attone for them by shedding His precious blood.
Now we can become God sinless born again children through faith in His righteous acts.
