What does it really mean to follow or imitate the Predecessors of faith in the gospel truth of the water and Spirit(John3:5)? Are you Perhaps the kind of Saints who follows the Lord when things are working out well to your interest and when it seems like everything is not working out as you desire you detest Him and depart from Him and stops doing His work of righteousness? OR Maybe you`re one who is able to stick to the Lord steadfastly as your God and continue to doing His work of righteousness in season and out of seasons whether things goes to your desire or not? If you`re the latter, then you have come to understand the true Love of God before your life and you are one who is able to follow the Predecessors of faith despite coming in contact with their weaknesses. But if you are the former, then you must recheck and examine your faith in the Gospel truth of God`s righteousness constituting the baptism of Jesus received from John the Baptist, His death of the cross and His resurrection, and ask God to help you to live by this faith. We must stop trying to be the noisy gongs before God, but rather we must be people of faith who only trust and believe in His word of truth found in the gospel truth of the water and Spirit(John3:5). We must all understand that we are weak beings. If God Himself remembered that we are such creations(Psalms 103:14), it is indispensable that we must do as wise by believing that we are weak beings and come to appreciate His Love even more. And spreading it to all corners of the earth to the lost souls.
